Refund Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Check compatibility before purchase
Sightkeep includes two macOS applications with different requirements. LiveFramePin requires an Apple silicon Mac (M1 or later) running a supported version of macOS 14 Sonoma or newer, plus Screen Recording permission for its core features. Tsumami UI runs on Universal 2 (arm64 and x86_64) with macOS 12.0 or newer, and requires Accessibility permission. Future macOS releases may require an app update. DRM-protected or otherwise restricted content may not be capturable, and Tsumami UI handles appear only on the desktop where they were attached. Please review the product page and these limitations before purchase.
2. Support-first refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if Sightkeep materially does not work as described and our support cannot resolve the issue. A change of mind, failure to check the stated system requirements, or inability to capture protected content does not by itself qualify, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- your Polar order number or purchase email;
- your macOS version and Mac model;
- a short description of the issue and troubleshooting already attempted.
Do not email your full license key, payment-card information, or private screen content. We may ask for limited additional details needed to verify and troubleshoot the purchase.
4. Processing
Polar processes approved refunds as merchant of record to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on Polar and the payment method.
5. License after refund
If a refund is issued, the associated license key may be disabled and active installations may be deactivated. Because one key covers both included applications, a refund ends your license to both. You must stop using and delete refunded copies of the applications.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Polar may also take action under its buyer terms, card-network rules, or legal obligations.
